Microsoft Partner Marketing Center
The
Microsoft Partner Marketing Center was founded the beginning of October 2007
and launched in Germany is currently around 34,000 Microsoft partners. Related to the online platform is a
telephone partner marketing consultancy, which together partners can plan complex marketing campaigns and gets strategies how to drive better business. The platform currently has about
5,000 registered users and provides nearly 2,000 different marketing
instrument. We execute the project with different vendors.
Microsoft Office Solution Magazine
The
Office Solutions Magazine is a high-quality retail magazine for the
presentation of editorial content, and solutions company with focus on
the 2007 Microsoft Office system. This edition covers every quarter of all office issues with a simultaneous focus from each issue. Throughout Germany, the magazine
has a circulation of over 30,000 copies as a cover mount on the
InformationWeek CMP-Weka-Verlag to IT decision-makers delivered. This project
was the logical consequence of the success of the Office and Vista
solution catalog, which previously to the launch of two products with
210 solutions from 134 partners had appeared.

Microsoft Office Partner Campaign
For an online and print campaign, a campaign template on Office Ready designed and published. The campaign illustrates the revenue opportunities with the Office
Ready sales model and refers to the participating OEM manufacturers. The add was divided into three different designs and has been designed in several specialist magazines. Target audience for this ad campaign is Microsoft partner landscape.

Microsoft Office Partner Campaign
For the German partner landscape, a product catalog with detailed localized sales opportunities was created. Our contribution in this project included the
coordination of agencies involved in the drafting of texts and the
quality assessment of the total edition. The product was shipped to partners in a print and download version.

Partner Health Index System (codename: ATLAS)
We generate an index system to measure the healthy of a complete partner ecosystem. To create a health index, we build a complex data warehouse with an inovative system for analysis and evaluation. This warehouse solution is synchronized with other databases, and enabled detailed analysis of the partner portfolio. Thanks to this solution, it is now possible to get a perfect view on the partner landscape. The IT customer get a perfect pipeline system to excellerate partner business.

Sales Forecast
On base of a low transparency
(transparency) of potential partners, we create our software solution for the
sales team to our customer. Based on the customer and product base, the sale history of our tool allows the evaluation of each potential cutomer sale. The tool plot a timeline out, allowing the sales team to an optimal time point to act.
